Q-Does the orders come immediately & quick?
A: Yes, though the faster your network the better, also after your create your menu you may need to refresh the page when you do the very first one, after that the rest come immediately without refreshing
Q- The URL on browser is showing Mastersource , how can i have my own company brand name on the browser URL instead?.
A. You can create your own customized URL with your own company name as you want, but its not available on every plan you can only do this when you are on the professional plan.
Q. Can I Change URL link to any thing anytime when i want?
A.Yes But its Not advisable, also note that your qrcode will have to be changed too where ever you have placed them.
Q. Do i have to contact you anytime i want to change or update the menu or my profile?
A. NO!! not at all, You can login to your account anytime, & update your menu or any information or make any change as you want.
Q. Do my customers need to download the app or anything in order to scan ?
A.No , they only need to have a phone that has a camera , with the phones default which is present in all IOS and most android phones, any free or downloaded scanner will also work.
Q What is the difference between this menu and the PDF menus ?
A.The PDF is not interactive, and your customers still need to wait
